Description: By throwing the burning sword at an enemy causing it to follow them and eventually hit them, a flower will blossom on both legs, both arms and chest and they are made out of Ice and the energy in the victims body and they form until the victim is frozen inside the tower of them reaching through the sky to unknown heights and the only way to escape is to have a flame type equipment or Element. The victim can also be freed by another person but it might take a while since whoever touches it gets affected. When Netsuro uses this jutsu it uses a lot of energy.

in the description it says the sword follows the enemy and eventually hits them. To me you would need to be able to use chakara strings once the sword left your hands for it to follow them and the eventually hits them part is kinda god moddish saying it is undodgeable. So edit it slightly and it will be approved until further notice
