History: From birth his parents were a ninja and a ssamurai they both fought until they found love they settled down in which Roy was born later and followed a ninjas life.. His parents were caring of him and they always taught him right and whats best for him until they moved to Kumogakure in which.. He turned out to be the child and teenager his parents had warned him about.. Smoking, killing it was like his own little playground. Birth Arc
Academy Arc
Genin Arc: From birth his parents were a ninja and a samurai they both fought until they found love they settled down in which Neo was born later and followed a ninjas life. It was easy living in the Village of rain because in her part of the giant village nothing ever happened being a hyuuga and all her part of the village was the most peaceful.. His parents had enrolled her into the Amegakure village academy in which he was of on the best in his class.. Out of 42 he was 3rd he easily passed the exams then towards the end of the year came the time of the transformation jutsu she came out 1st out of the class of 42.. They were all assigned different jounin but the top three would be assigned to the kage.. Thus Neo was assigned to the Kage hanzou .. After a few months of training and about 2 failed S-rank missions Chuunin exams came..
Chuunin Arc: As Neo and his teammates entered the Chuunin exams they made it up to the 2nd part which out of 3 was the Sea of Despair in which there were multiple entrances each team went into the Dungeon/Cave and had to fight there way out with the clues given to them on a tracking scroll to a treasure chest.. Each chest would contain a golden weapon that had a number on it A bow represented 3 a axe represented 2 and a long sword meant 1... The weapons were also nondegradable so they wouldnt wear down on them.. So as they went through they made it to the entrance building at the end.. In which Neos number was picked
~~~The Fight~~~
As they made great progress they come to a point were Shakira uses a waterfall basin jutsu and a lake forms.. "Now we swim!" Neo and Roy both look into the water with their eyes and can see this fight will get intense. As they both hold their breath and jump into the water they fight. A lady named Ino watches Shakira "Your not going to win this fight your not worthy" Roy says but Roy gets blinded sided by Neo golden sword as it goes into Roys leg cutting a tendon so he wouldnt be able the run or basically walk with his left leg netherless swim. Roy and Neo at the same time say "Lets finish this!" Roy then blindsides the Neo when he jumps out and the lake falls apart and the arena is full of water Roy makes handsigns"Fire style fire bullet jutsu" Then at that exact time when it hit Neo did the hyuuga technique 8 trigrams rotation.
Roy then dodged the bullet taking minor burns. They both needed to rest but Neo with presision was able to get close to Roy to were she could use 8 trigrams 64 palms and end the fight as the victor..

~~Chuunin exam final fight~~
As it comes down to the Final fight it is shakira vs Neo as they both fight they come to a stalemate in which shakira once again summons a Lake of water in which Neo and Shakira both look into it and jump in holding there breath.. Punch after ounch it seems as if the Woman that has been watching over Shakira had something in mind for her the lady ino activated her byakugan to get a better angle of the fight as she could see who was winning and it was clearly shakira. Then at that instant the lake dispersed the two were on the ground from the collision between the humans and the ground as gravity had tested them.. Now they both got up to continue the fight in which Neo went to hit shakira and shakira barely dodges in which she get into a special stance which everyone that was watching even her teacher thought was fabled. Neo goes to strike then in that instance 2,4,8,16,32,64,128~~~ The grand 361 palms which shuts off every tenketsu point put Neo into submission in which Shakira wins and is dubbed Chuunin.. But through good fighting Neo wins Chuuninship

Clan History: The Hyūga clan (日向一族, Hyūga Ichizoku; Literally meaning "Hyūga family") is one of the oldest and most powerful clans in Konohagakure. All members born into the family possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see chakra. The Uchiha clan's Sharingan is believed to be descended from the Byakugan.
The clan is separated into two parts, the main house (宗家, Sōke) and the branch house (分家, Bunke), a system that protects the secrets of the Byakugan from outsiders. The main house runs the family while the branch house protects it. The members of the branch house are branded with a cursed seal. This seal gives the main house members absolute control over the branch members, because they can destroy the branch members' minds with a simple hand gesture, or cause them great pain to punish them. This seal also makes sure the secret of the Hyūga's Byakugan is safe, because it seals the Byakugan after the wearer of the seal dies. Because they are essentially servants, simply because of their birth order or heritage, some branch house members are hostile to those of the main house. After the Chūnin exams in part I, the two houses have managed to at least start working out their differences. In Part II, they finally brought the two Houses together as a family, which they showed when the Hyūga battled Pain in a show of family unity.
Members of the clan are instructed in the use of the Gentle Fist style, which uses the Byakugan to view the opponent's Chakra Pathway System and deal precise blows to disable and impede the flow of chakra. Due to training in this style, Hyūga clan members tend to have excellent chakra control. This is emphasized in jutsu that utilize this chakra control, as well as the nuances of the Gentle Fist style. The clan's strongest techniques, like the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, are only allowed to be taught to members of the main house. Neji Hyūga, however, has bypassed this restriction by learning them on his own, earning a reputation as a "genius" in the clan.

RP sample:When Roy was a little boy he loved to pick berries for his friends and famil when he was going to the academy. Being that he loves things that are ancient or interesting or flamboyant he always brought them in for show and tell. But if we go further in time its around the time of the hyuuga clan anointing. Around this time it was Cut and Roy that were paired up with (a girl name coming soon xD) ..... They were all sent on a S-ranked mission since they were all experianced genin. They kage of their village had tricked them into fighting a demon. But before they left he made them chuunin.
The shichibi but he was inside of another person consealed in them cut and roy went alone. They had their byakugans activated armed and ready for the worst since this was a S-rank mission. As the were jumping from tree to tree cut and roy came upon a lake that was perfect drinking water. Cut told roy he had to admit something that he has the kyuubi 9-tailed beast concealed in him and roy was blindsided by this now knowing that his friend was a host for a demon he had to admit to cut that he was just a bit envious and that someday he would get his own jinchuuriki and he and cut could have a fight to see whos better like old times in the academy and the chuunin exams. Cut and roy finished getting their water filling their cantines as they take off again to the village hidden under the waterfall.

Roy and cut at the same time say " We are the Hyuuga's Cut and Roy we are here for the Shichibi!" Roy then blindsides the shichibi when it goes into its 5 tail form he makes handsigns "Fire style fire bullet jutsu" Then at that exact time when it hit Cut did the hyuuga technique 361 palms freezing the demons chakra.
Roy then used the hyuuga blinding and paralyzing technique stopping 2 of fuus senses.They then bring the Shichibi out of waterfall and back to their kage and then the demon is extracted and put into rouy just in time for roy and cut being made the hyuuga leaders. Present day roy is jumping from tree to tree as he and the shichibi are talkign about sports and how much they have in common and how the shichibi is happy to be out of fuus body......

He would practice use it to his advantage against other people that were weak minded, learning what he could whenever he could. In the early years he was away of the darkness and of the light, he only knew of what he wanted and when he wanted it. When he wasn’t practicing Magery he would be learning the details to the Hyuuga clan, he knew that if he could be at the level of a high clan leader or so he would come across one of his elders and learn even more. It had been six years since he was born now, and soon he would be enrolled in the Yami Academy. His mother begged her husband and the clan not to let him be enrolled, only because she didnt want him to become a ninja and to stay a samurai like she. No matter her wishes, no matter how much she pleaded her husband would take Roy to the Yami Village it was there where they would stay while he was enrolled.
Within the first year of his enrollment in the Academy Roy would come to realize what cold intentions the Darkness has for him. He had been learning in the ways to defend those who are defenseless but within thought these ways are also the same ways to destroy those that stood before you. Roy was unsure of what to believe of this finding of his, so he would go to ask his bestfriend. His father a leader of the Hyuuga would explain to him that not all things are as they seem, one is taught something in one way only to be used in a different way. Only he could decide what would happen in the outcome of his own training. Roy was taught that he held his own fate in his hands, something that he would soon abuse the ability to control. Learning quickly he would come to realize that the elements weren’t really his advantage or montage, he was far greater with ninjutsu than genjutsu. He had also come to realize that taijutsu wasn’t his style either. While training in these arts, still in his first year he would come to know a girl, her name Shakira. He wouldn’t talk to her much for that year, for he never really had the courage in him to talk to others, let alone females.
Within the next year though, He would finally confront her in which, Everything went well and they started dating until the Hyuuga clan planned a coup D'eat to avenge the uchiha clan of the Leaf in which Roy was forced to move away from the woman of his dreams and leave in which 10 years later he returned stronger than ever as he challenged the Kage and won..

No matter her wishes, no matter how much she pleaded her husband would take Roy to the Yami Village it was there where they would stay while he was enrolled.
Within the first year of his enrollment in the Academy Roy would come to realize what cold intentions the Darkness has for him. He had been learning in the ways to defend those who are defenseless but within thought these ways are also the same ways to destroy those that stood before you. Roy was unsure of what to believe of this finding of his, so he would go to ask his bestfriend. His father a leader of the Hyuuga would explain to him that not all things are as they seem, one is taught something in one way only to be used in a different way. Only he could decide what would happen in the outcome of his own training. Roy was taught that he held his own fate in his hands, something that he would soon abuse the ability to control. Learning quickly he would come to realize that the elements weren’t really his advantage or montage, he was far greater with ninjutsu than genjutsu. He had also come to realize that taijutsu wasn’t his style either. While training in these arts, still in his first year he would come to know a girl, her name Shakira. He wouldn’t talk to her much for that year, for he never really had the courage in him to talk to others, let alone females.
Within the next year though, He would finally confront her in which, Everything went well and they started dating until the Hyuuga clan planned a coup D'eat to avenge the uchiha clan of the Leaf in which Roy was forced to move away from the woman of his dreams and leave in which 10 years later he returned stronger than ever as he challenged the Kage and won..
