Kirigakure War Room

Kinai sat at a long table made from a glorious Willow tree. He sat at one end of it with a big chair and was had his 2 head anbu. Ookami on the right side of him as Kitsune was on the left. Kinai awaited the arrival of the Hokage. He had the other end of the table prepared for his arrival. He figured the Hokage did not trust him as of yet and would like to be around his own ninja so he sectioned off half the table.

Coren and an ANBU walked into the war room. "Hello Mizukage. Hello you two." he looked at the two of them as he tried to ignore Braxdonn's screaming. He took a seat and the ANBU sat next to him, looking over the three of them thoroughly. She had long black hair that went down to the flat of her back and a wolf mask. "So, shall we begin?"

"Yes" He said as he slid a folder over to him "We are assassinating a man from the Land of Wind" He continued on "His name is currently unknown but he is supposedly head of a small squad of rouge shinobi presiding in that land." He paused just for a brief second "Due to the request of the Raikage I shall not start a war but send out a warning to them that we are a force to be reckon with, his picture and where abouts are inside." He rambled on and on "Also his squad isn't an ordinary one, it is made up of 2 chunin, 1 jounin, and him which amount to almost a Ronin ranked"

"Alright. Assassinate unknown rouge Wind shinobi. Sounds simple enough." the ANBU looked at Coren and quietly sighed as she continued to listen.

Kinai listened to what coren had to say before speaking "it will be a 3 day journey to the land of the wind. We will be in heading to one of the smaller villages at the edge of the area." He went on "the man should be located inside the tallest building with his squad doing small patrols." He paused before recieving the rest of the intel from his anbu "The information my anbu has given me is that they have the jounin guard the main entrance into the building while the 3 chunin ar patroling in a radius of 5 meters, 10 meters, and 15 meters around the building in a circle. They usually use the main roads so we should be able to use the alleys and any sewers to sneak past them." He stood up "We can engage if necessary but if we do the window to reach our target will be reduced because he might try to escape to reach his commanding officers."

(the rouge ninja in this upcoming war work like a nomadic village with one head and ranks of their own)

(Alright, that makes sense...)

"I doubt that there are very many entrances into the place that we wouldn't be seen going into. Besides windows of course. Do you have an infiltration plan? 'Cause what I'm coming up with is stealth kills when they're apart, which would probably be noticed if we didn't take them all out nearly simultaneously, or just entering via a window or some other type of entrance that would not normally be suspected. That's all I'm coming up with immediately, so what's your plan?"

He shook his head "Yes, As you may now the mist village is known for it's brutallity and their outstanding ability in assassination. The reason for it is that they use the mist they are able to create as their cover and that is what I plan on doing." He continued on "Once we arrive there I am going to use a jutsu that will cause it to slightly rain then we camp and the next day I can use my mist jutsu without drawing suspician because of the water from the day before."

He stood and walked to a window "We are going to be stealthy yet still take out the target and if his guards pose a threat then they shall be eliminated as well"

"Alright. It's a good plan. Am I wrong to guess that we should bring some ANBU?"

He thinks for a slight moment before speaking "That is up to you Hokage." He continued on "It will move more smoothly with a small team yet if we are found out then it would be wise to have a decent force." he didn't hesitate with any of his words "I will have Ookami and Kitsune in the city disguised as villagers in case we run into trouble, but for my team will just be me" He said with a wicked smile "and just warning you now that failure isn't an option. Also anyone who hesitates to follow an order will be executed on the spot." He had a pause between the two sentences "That includes your shinobi as wel Hokage, since you are tagging along on my mission"

"Of course. Anything else?"

He shakes his head "No, that will be all" before he dismissed he said "When will you be ready to leave and I forgot to say. I need to be informed on how many will be attending us"

"I plan on only bringing one of my ANBU. That good?"

"Yes, but when will you be ready to leave?"

"As soon as needed."

"My men are ready to move out at any time so if you are ready then I think we should leave at nightfall" he went on "Just not to arouse any suspician of the Hokage and Mizukage traveling together"

"Of course." Coren stretched out his neck as he asked "Then is this meeting concluded?"

"Yes" He said as he headed to the door with his 2 head head anbu by his side. The other anbu in the room stood their silently waiting for everyone's departure

Coren stood up and walked to the door as well, along with his ANBU. "I shall see you then, Mizukage," he said as he left.
